Do you have per lead or commission based calling?

Yes we do offer per lead calling and will gladly accept arrangements with clients who are serious about growing their business. However most clients opt to instead pay a lower hourly rate plus a commission structure built in. Below is the information regarding per lead appointments, ect.:

Per Lead with Basic Info, no setting up of appointments - $50 per appt
Per Lead with Basic Info, phone appointment set - $70 per appt
Per Lead with Basic Info, physical appointment set - $90 per appt
Data Mining and List Research( verification of names and email gathering) - $5/contact verified
E-mail Gathering( non-voice) - $850/1000 emails.




Do you offer data entry and/or data mining services?

For Data Entry, we do the following:

Blog Posting and Advertising- $15/hr
Online Data Posting - $15/hr
Data Conversion - depends on the requirements but most services cost $10-$15 per hour and results are accurate and fast.

For inbound calling, what is the per minute rate?

If you are looking for inbound answering services or call transfers we charge a flat rate per hour which includes an 800 number from Ringcentral as long as you contract our services at least 80 hours per month

How many hours must I contract your services a week?

We usually like to start our client's off with at least a 20-40 hour block of time to ensure that we work well together and that you are happy with our services. 40 hours is ideal to get a campaign off on the right track. Most companies at a minimum request 80 hours of services be booked and paid for. We simply do not operate like that and want to make our relationship a win-win for both parties.

Do you send reports daily?

Yes we send a daily report at the end of the calling day in excel format outlining where we called, what the results ratio was, as well as any comments or feedback. .

What is the difference in cost beteween your US based callers and overseas callers?

Many new clients are nervous or concerned that we are outsourcing to other countries and that is why our rates are so low. We do not ever outsource to other countries. It is simply against our policy. You will not ever get better rates outsourcing to other countries period. In fact you will spend twice the amount of time you are training, following up, and managing cultural differences with your contact from these types of call centers.
